Amazing little shop! Took my engagement ring to be fixed due to some of the claws getting bent and to my suprise, got my ring back better than new in under 24 hours! Also love the fact they do everything in store. Highly recommend!!

Jimmy didn't hesitate to begin the process of fixing it. He has lovingly restored this precious item to me and it really shows that you should always visit these independent Jewellers who really love and understand their craft. I found Your Jeweller through Google and decided upon using them after reading their reviews, as I needed a rather precious watch repaired and wanted to go somewhere with people I could trust and everything about them said that I could. They were 100% right.
I could not be more pleased with every aspect of the experience. The service, the cost, the workmanship, the speed, all of it was absolutely wonderful and to top it off, Jimmy and Julie are lovely people. I've been back since with other pieces and no doubt I will go again in future.

I heard a good recommendation about this place off reddit when I was looking to get my ring resized.
Jimmy the jeweller seemed very friendly and accommodating when measuring my finger.
He even helped me adjust it after the resizing to make sure it was a perfect fit and ensured I was satisfied with his service. Julie was also responsive to my messages.
The fee was reasonable so I will come back next time when I order a ring in the wrong size or need any adjustments to my jewellery :)
